Reactor internals are made of wedge wire. Lehler wedge wire reactor internals are mainly used in oil refining, aromatics,
hydrogenation reactros, desulfurization reactros, alkylation reactors, collectors, various adsorbers,distributors and various raw material filters.
Axial flow reactor internals:catalyst support grid,scale trap,inlet diffuser,outlet collector.
Radial flow reator internals:center pipes.
Lehler wedge wire reactor internals has high strength,stiffness and loading capacity.It can be made into
rectangular,square,semicircular,fun-shaped and other forms of screen plate and screen cylinder.

Technical Features &Advantages

 

1.Non-clogging:the continuous slot formed by the V-shaped surface wire ensures a two-point contact between the particles and the slot,which minimizes clogging of near size product.

2.Strong construction:for most applications the wedge wire is self-supporting because of the welding at each intersection and can therefore withstand high pressure and heavy loads.

3.Large open area(larger flow rate)-the continuous slot opening ensures more larger open area than perforated hole and mesh hole.

4. Surface Filtration:the V shape surface wires allow easy cleaning by mechanical scraping,back flishing or high pressure hose.
